The RedCat Pub Company obtained 42 of Stonegate’s sites in mid-2021. We were recommended as a resource and chosen as a supplier, following a successful demo of our products & services. Their business needed a well-rounded online presence for it's newly acquired venues.
Challenges
The client needed to launch their newly formed business brand online and create 60 independent websites. They required a solution that allowed venue managers to control certain pieces of content while also consolidating the content management of venue websites that were on multiple platforms and providers, enabling centralised content publication across all sites.
Solution
The customer success team facilitated the onboarding of all venue data for Redcat, whilst also building a template suitable for both a brand website and 60 independent venue websites.
Redcat effectively utilised the multi-referencing of 24social for promotions and events, allowing a single central event to be shared across multiple pub locations. Additionally, Redcat are storing all of their website digital assets in 24social’s asset library, ensuring streamlined content management and accessibility.
Implementation
We launched a brand website in a matter of weeks and collaborated with their marketing team to generate new content for all independent websites. We successfully launched 60 independent websites, each under separate domains, and connected them to third-party apps such as Design My Night, Tonic, Airship, Guestline, and more. Additionally, we enabled their venue managers to edit specific content on their websites and made use of 24social’s “Venue Manager Approval” workflow to streamline the content management process.
Results
The implementation of our platform resulted in several notable improvements for Redcat Pub Company. They experienced higher sessions and better conversions, which indicated increased user engagement and effectiveness of their websites. The updated, more modern website designs contributed to a stronger online presence, while maintaining consistency across brand-owned locations. The streamlined content management process led to faster time to launch campaigns, ensuring timely promotions and events. Furthermore, the ability for independent locations to push individual events and promotions allowed for a more dynamic and localised marketing approach.
